Quite simply, our difference is that our lead facilitator is not just a Gallup-Certified Strength Coach, he is also certified by Gallup to deliver the CliftonStrengths® Discovery courses - Your Unique Strengths and Strategies for Your Success.  These courses are designed by Gallup and delivered in exactly the same way that Gallup intended.  Our lead facilitator was among the first batch of independent consultants in Asia certified to deliver these two Gallup courses.

In addition, we can also custom build Strengths Development programs for organizations using the CliftonStrengths® as well as content from other thought leaders in the area of leadership and personal effectiveness.  For example, our consultants' association with the John Maxwell Team which means that we can incorporate selected John C. Maxwell content into our Strengths Development programs. Our facilitators also have vast corporate learning & development experience. They have been designing learning interventions using the CliftonStrengths® (formerly known as the StrengthsFinder) since 2009 when they were certified by Gallup as Strengths Performance Coaches.
