CliftonStrengths® Discovery: Your Unique Strengths Course

This is a proprietary Gallup program and that our consultant is certified and authorized to deliver through our firm. It is for individuals who want to reach their full potential by using their natural talents.

 

Prior to the start of the program, participants will complete the Gallup CliftonStrengths® assessment.  During the program, they will:

​

  • Discover how to make a difference by doing more of what they naturally do best.

  • Get insights into their innate talents by working with their CliftonStrengths® 34 results.

  • Learn how to develop their greatest talents into strengths.

  • Acquire tools and insights that will help them apply their strengths to achieve greater productivity, engagement and happiness.

This program can only be delivered by consultants certified and authorized by the Gallup Organization to do so. Our lead consultant is one of the few independent consultants based in Singapore & Malaysia who has attained the credentials to do so.

CliftonStrengths® Discovery: Strategies for Your Success Course

This is a proprietary Gallup program and that our consultant is certified and authorized to deliver through our firm. It is for individuals who have already completed the CliftonStrengths® Discovery: Your Unique Strengths Course and who want to continue their strengths journey by learning how to focus on and invest in their dominant talents through integration into their daily activities.

During the program, participants will:

​

  • Learn to navigate and manage themes at the bottom of their
    strengths profile.

  • Develop an understanding of how their dominant CliftonStrengths® themes work together.

  • Develop strategies to help them use their strongest CliftonStrengths® to accomplish specific targets, goals and aspirations.

  • Think about how they can combine their talents with others’ to achieve greater success.

Strengths4Team: Custom Built Teambuilding Programs

One of the greatest challenges facing organizations is the inability to get teams to perform at their optimal level. Very often, you hear of issues around lack of collaboration, "personality clashes" and there being no shared interests.

Our approach to enabling teams to overcome such issues is to take a Strengths-Based approach. As this approach is based on positive psychology, team members will not feel threatened. Our Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach will work with team to :

  • Develop better self-understanding

  • Enhance mutual understanding about each person's style and strengths

  • Identify opportunities to form powerful partnerships within the team

  • Create a unique identity for the team based on its collective strengths.

 

The design of our Strengths-Based Teambuilding program is such that participants have fun while addressing serious team issues. The Gallup CliftonStrengths® is a key component of the program and depending on the team's issues, we may also employ a personality styles assessment tool. In additiona, we will also incorporate Gallup's methodologies around building Strengths-Based Teams.
