Strengthsfinder Practitioners

The Leadership Performance specializes in custom building leadership development programs. Our value proposition lies in our ability to take content from various thought providers and integrate it into one seamless program for our clients.

In the area of Strength Development, we are able to build a Strengths program for your organization using content from the John Maxwell Team and assessment tools from Gallup, i.e. the Strengthsfinder (now known as CliftonStrengths). In addition, we can align the content of the program to your organization's specific core values and competency frameworks.
